Supporting children and educators to explore compassion, values and secular ethics
Compassion Matters aims to create a kinder and happier society by inspiring children and young people to lead compassionate lives.
We provide learning resources and training for educators to help children discover secular ethics and ideas about compassion. At the heart of the project, children explore ideas that are universal to all human beings, such as; Where does happiness come from? What is true courage? What is a just society? What is compassion for self and others?
Our versatile resources, which include four engaging micro-documentary films, lesson plans, and educator guides, can be seamlessly integrated into various educational settings and activities, from PSHE assemblies to extracurricular activities.
